Here's another Solo tour show when Yes was still performing the solo tunes. Gates of Delirium is incredible. The sound is pretty good-instruments and vocals are fairly well-defined but a little distant. I ran new checksums. Thanks to the original taper and uploader.

The Wall - Original Film Sessions

Early Audio Pre-release Soundboard Mix for the Official Movie

I got this in trade with a fellow subscriber of the old Brain Damage Magazine back in 1995. This has a completely different sound then what you are used to. There are some different lyrics and you can hear instruments and sounds in this mix used throughout the recording that were buried in the official release. This is a true gem. - Marooned

Two songs at the end of CD 2 are filler songs that came on the tape. The first two songs are from an unknown live Roger Waters concert. What I find interesting is that WYWH is a very quiet relaxed version without drums for the most part of the first half of the song. Nice version. Following is Brain Damage/Eclipse from the same live unknown concert date. A VERY bluesy version of Eclipse in which Roger actually asks the audience to sign along during the middle of the song. It then turns into more of a Hard Rock song in the end. Easily my favorite version of the song.

------------

I don't know how this circulates but my copy had rather rough track transitions. Those have been taken care of. There were also several annoying announcer interruptions plugging future broadcasts; mostly gone as well. I also trimmed the intro and outro music from the first and last tracks as it clashed terribly with the rest of the show.

Crisp, clear, loud, FM, Steve, Dukes...transcendental.

(Jack's)

This show was broadcast and this recording is thus FM-sourced. There's an absolutely killer version of All Of My Life on this recording.

This is one of the best recordings of this tour. Not sure but I think it is a soundboard

recording, almost an A+ rating. I had this CD for more than 10 years and I don't think it's that

rare. I've seen it offered for sale on a few odd internet stores. Grab it here instead. One of my

Alrighty, this guy goes over very well here. But first, you'll have to read about my latest plight or if you're a greedy bastard and don't give a shit about my misfortune then you'll just scroll down to the links. But you know what I'm gonna do, to make sure you read this I'm putting a word here that if I see in the comments I'll post the other volumes. The new word is "davesez" if I see this word in one of the comments I'll post the rest, this way I know you will have read this. If no comments come then you'll only get three volumes. Speaking of the volumes I only have 5 of the 6. I have no idea what the fuck happened to volume 6 but 6 is just other people doing versions of his songs.  If you know of a link where I can pick up volume 6 I'll give you a lollipop. Now on to my story. Two weeks ago my hard drive quit on me, at first I thought I had picked up a virus but I'm fortunate enough to have a son that lives at home here who diagnosed the problem as my hard drive. So after he reformatted my new hard drive I am now able to post again (Thanks Matt) I had to buy new software for my computer for burning CD's, went from Nero to Roxio so far I seem to like Roxio better but I'm interested in your thoughts on which "YOU" like better.  Second when the old hard drive went down, I lost "Polderbits" I've had to switch to "Goldwave" I like it too but I am still learning all the nuances to it, for instance anybody know how you split an album into separate cuts? It seems either I'm getting a bit of the intro from one song to the next when I try to separate them or I miss the tail end of the first song. Look I give so much and ask for so little so if you can help a brother out I'd be indebted to you. But for now back to posting. Don't forget to check out the new feature here at the Wagon I put lots of shit up there too. Oh one more thing here's a tip for you, when you go to Zippy if you right click on the "download now" and use your save as button you'll avoid having to put up with the ads that pop-up when you left click.  See Scans for details on this. *OK you guys have come through with flying colors, and Tony P thanks so much for the offer but I'm good now. Draftervoi I'm using MP3's. Oh if you notice I've only put up one new link I have one more to go but I've changed the "Secret"word find it add it to comments and I'll post link 5

Show Notes (thanks to Five Horizons):

The first homecoming show. In 'Long Road' Ed sings, "And the skies are always grey..." Ed also mentions that sometimes it's nice to play a show with your house key in your pocket. He later talks about how the typical Seattle weather seemed to follow them around the tour, mentioning Phoenix, Las Vegas, San Diego. 'Crown of Thorns' (once again, to everyone's surprise) is introduced as "a song that's older than me." Ed and Jeff were playing this game all night, they have been doing all these jumps in tandem for the past couple of shows, but tonight they kept trying to psych each other out and pretend one was going to jump, but then they wouldn't, and start laughing. Someone had brought a huge "VOTE BUSH" banner and hung it from the 200 level; it was removed by two industrious fans before PJ took the stage. Between 'DTE' and 'Insignificance' Ed acknowledges the previous existence of the banner and said that he couldn't believe it, and that "Just for tonight, I hope they took them out back and roughed them up a little." The members of Supergrass were brought out and thanked, and Gary and Ed trade verses on 'Timeless Melody.' WARNING - X-rated notes ahead: Afterward, Ed says, "I have a bigger cock than Flea and Patrick Ewing combined, but I don't want to brag." Mike illustrates this by holding his hands out to give us a visual. (This was referencing a comment Flea made earlier about how he heard that [new Seattle Sonic] Patrick Ewing had the biggest cock in Seattle, except that now he was in town.) April Cameron and Justine Foy are brought out (with hugs from Ed) to perform the string arrangement for 'Parting Ways.' After "Parting Ways," Jeff grabs Ed's wine bottle, takes a LONG swig, and then hands it over to Matt, who does likewise. 'Ledbetter' is lavishly tagged with 'Little Wing' (and there is a Jimi Hendrix photo, torn out of a magazine, taped to Mike's amp). Really strong, powerfully played show. On the setlist but not played: 'In Hiding' and 'The Kids Are Alright.'

This is being distributed by blackredyellow.com in tandem with pj.sidewalkcrusaders.com, and is part of a series of the best Pearl Jam shows in existance.

If the artwork is not included, you can find it at blackredyellow.com.

This is a definitive version of the Heidelberg 1976 show. The recording came out very well considering the equipment available in the mid-70s. In those days people were not standing to watch a show but rather would sit down. Thus it was easy to put the microphone on the floor and get a decent recording. It worked very well for the acoustic part but due to some smoke coming from our place an American GI noticed it and came over and sat next to us for the electric set. He was not one of the quiet kind. The missing part of Down By The River happened because I flipped the tape over. The encore is missing on my recording because everyone was getting up and rushing to the stage so I had no chance to get my equipment set up again.

Fortunately some 15 years later I found out that the famous German taper HB also taped this show but his unfortunately has weaker sound quality. Still it was nice to fill in the missing gaps.

This show still contains an unreleased song Sad Movies aka Day and Night We Walked These Aisles.

For your pleasure I have included pictures of the poster and tour advertisement. You can also see the equipment I used.
