This is Ultravox from the Midge Ure days on a tour that started in 1982 and continued into Europe and around the world in 1983. This is a pretty rare show - took me awhile to find one from this tour that was complete and NOT an audience recording...
But it was so worth it - some storming versions on here; a really good gig. EQ and channel balancing in the main, to bring out the best. The EQ worked wonders.
