Taper's Notes:-
A bit too long but definitely worth the travel even if I only got a couple of hours of sleep before work today.
Recording turned out OK.
A bit bass heavy towards the end of the show.
Remaster Notes:-
This was a requested remaster from blog friend Jack & he picked a great show.
The taper did an excellent job of capturing this, it was a real pleasure to work with.
My thanks to him for sharing & to the kind people who got it to me.
Just needed "the treatment" and the work was complete.
I retracked the show, the original was fine no issue, just worked out that way when working it.
Created a few extra tracks in the process.
This is almost 10/10 I reckon.
There are virtually no talkers/shouters at all, the band are on fine form, just great all round.
If I was picky the bass isn't quite as tight as I would like ideally.
So I rate it 9/10.
Listening back to it while writing these notes I think this would definitely be near the top of remasters done.
If you like the band you will listen to this often so grab it now!
Enjoy...
