As per the Dimeadozen FAQ it is acceptable to torrent the lossy audio portion of a TV broadcast if there is no lossless source. At this point no lossless Audience recording has surfaced and it's unlikely to be as good as the extracted soundboard especially since it's MPEG-2 AAC at 200kbps (ABR : 170kbps) with is at least as good as MP3 256kbps, possibly 320kbps.
