"U2 do an extensive soundcheck and rehearse Red Hill Mining Town which they have never performed in concert. Larry has trouble remembering the drum track and claims he has to listen to the song in order to play it. She's A Mystery To Me is rehearsed once more but doesn't make it into the set.
This concert is added to the tour itinerary at the very last moment and is U2's first Tennessee show since they supported The J. Geils Band in March, 1982. While in Tennessee, the band stop by Elvis Presleey's Graceland estate and film their visit for inclusion in the movie. The experience inspires Bono to sing a quick, acoustic version of the Elvis classic, Can't Help Falling in Love. The audience sing and sway along to the romatic song. People Get Ready enjoys another guest appearance. 'From the Judds, you will welcome Wynonna to take my guitar.' Wynonna plays guitar and sings along but as she doesn't know the lyrics Bono has to guide her through the song. There are now four days off during which U2 record new tracks at Sun Studios in Memphis."
This is B to B+ audience...and "40" is cut off under a minute into it...
