Lineage: ATM 004 FLAC > Adobe Audition (NR, EQ, Comp, Speed adjustment) > FLAC

The Scene club tapes are 1 1/2 steps below standard tuning and like everyone else I have gotten used to the sound of the tape, but it surely can't be running at the correct speed - Jimi often played a whole step down, but not 1 1/2...it seems a bit too much to me and the tape seems to be running slow.
I have adjusted the speed/pitch up a semitone to make it a step below standard (rather than 1/2 step as usual of the time...because retuning/speed adjustment of the tape up a whole tone makes it seem to run a bit too fast - so I suspect the shows were at least a step down)...

I have seen the quality of these tapes rated as "good" - but I believe that to be quite generous and I'd say it falls within fair to reasonable range at best.

Still lot of problems with these tapes - including inherent distortion throughout which I have tried to minimise...

OK Sorry - but I can't seem to get the torrent to seed, I am not sure why I am having torrent troubles as I am doing the same as I have done - but alas...
So anyway - here is the link to the shows -
