Need Help Identifying A John Hiatt Show

The other day, I downloaded a John Hiatt show  - clearly a soundboard or FM broadcast - which indicates it is from the Chestnut Cabaret in Philadelphia in April, 1986.

Just one small problem - according to the John Hiatt archive site, Hiatt was in Europe in April 1986. Moreover, when you listen to the show, he references that he just completed his new album with help from Nick Lowe, Jim Keltner and Ry Cooder, that is going to be released in 6 weeks, Now that album would be Bring The Family, which was recorded in February 1987 and released in May 1987.

So. is it possible that this show is from April 1987?  Or is it some other date & location entirely? By the way, it's not not the Tower Theater in Philadelphia show that's been officially released as that is fro,m August 26 1987 after the release of Bring The Family.

I've provided the set list and other details below.  If any one can be of help in identifying exactly when and where this how took place, I'd appreciate it.
