This was the Lollapalooza Summer Festival.
A new and second Compton Terrace Amphitheater opened in Chandler in 1985.
In 2010 it was also closed and demolished.
A partial 77 minute video of Metallica's show, can be seen here: (The video is missing the last 3 songs)

The cassette copy played slow by comparison, so I used the video as a guideline,
allowing me to do a proper pitch adjustment on this 1st gen cassette.
