Need Help with this "75 The anniversary Collection"

In my collection, I've sorted out a lot, but also has 300-400 folders that I just can't seem to figure out what to do with them. I am hoping you will be willing and able to help me if you can.
I will give you the info I have, if I am not sure about some info (lets say I found something about it on a website, but dont know if its correct or not) I will NOT post the info, just what the exact folder tells me.
I will also upload the folder, this way you might be able to tell something about it that would not be obvious just by stating the info here.

This Particular folder named "75 The anniversary Collection"

Pictures? No Pictures included

Questions I Wish to be answered:
1. WHAT is it? (bootlegs, Posthumous compilation albums, FTDs, other)
2. Is it an irrelevant folder, should I just delete it?
3. Other things I should know about this one?I mean, does it have a part in the official/unafficial/standard collection of bottlegs, ftds or whatever this album is? Or not

- Would that cover all? Or do I need to add something, or maybe start all over with different categories?
